Key Lime Pie





1/2 cup crushed graham cracker crumbs
12 ounces (1 1/2 cups) vodka
Dash of vanilla extract
12 ounces (1 1/2 cups) light rum
1/2 cup lime juice
3/4 cup Coco Lopez cream of coconut

Chill margarita glasses.

Combine liquid ingredients in a pitcher with ice to blend; chill.

Moisten the rims of chilled glasses with a sliced lime, then press the glasses into a saucer of graham cracker crumbs to coat.

Strain chilled Key Lime Pie into rimmed glasses.
