Key Lime Pie Martini




1 ounce vanilla vodka
1 ounce simple syrup
1 ounce pineapple juice
1 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice

Combine in cocktail shaker with ice. Shake, strain and serve in glass rimmed with graham cracker crumbs.

Makes 1 cocktail.
