Aberfeldy Single Malt Scotch
Colour: Warm gold
Nose: Almost incense-like, heather honey with a fruity softness, notes of pineapple, toast and cereal
Palate: Syrupy, lingering on the tongue like a liqueur.
Body: Full bodied
Finish: Full flavour, the perfume characteristics become more spicy, with a bitter hint of Seville oranges in a decidedly dry finish.
Aberlour Single Malt Scotch
A classic Speyside single malt, matured in a combination of bourbon and sherry casks. Welcoming, vibrant and rewarding.
Colour: Gold.
Nose: The dry, fresh, fruity aromas of early autumn apples and pears are subtly enhanced with sweet notes of vanilla and mint toffee.
Taste: Exceptionally smooth and creamy, with spicy-sweet nutmeg and honey combining with the dewy freshness of autumn fruits.
Finish: Long, soft and warming

Nose: Light, aromatic, spirity, grassy nose with hints of earth, citrus fruit, light oil and Bourbon oak.
Palate: A lot richer than the nose suggests. Quite malty, intense and spirity. Water brings out the subtle complexity of this malt, enhancing the sweetness of the fruit and its incredible spicy character
Finish: A lovely long finish with creamy oak and coffee notes.
Ladyburn Single Malt Scotch
According to the producers, this 27 year old is the first ever single cask bottling from the Ladyburn distillery. Limited edition of 3000 bottles, our stock is from cask number 1591.
Nose: A perfect balance of delicate fragrant honey with a suggestion of oak.
Taste: Initially, beautifully soft on the palate, a mellow rounded malt hinting at sweet and vanilla notes. The finish is classic dry oak, typical of the finest Lowland malt.
Comments: This vintage cask of Ladyburn single malt is unique in character, no two casks are ever the same. It has matured for 27 years in a bourbon wood cask that lends its own special attributes to the whisky.

Rosebank Single Malt Scotch
Colour: Bright amber.
Nose: Sweet leafy, floral notes - heather, honey, custard powder. An earthy spiciness - gorse, bracken & moorland.
Palate: Sweet & creamy, peppery notes and green fruits - gooseberries. Hints of pine resin and saw dust.
Tamnavulin Single Malt Scotch
Colour: Pale straw.
Without Water
Nose: Floral notes with malty and cereal aromas. Toasted oats. Spicy with citrus fruits also present.
Palate: Soft with spicy elements - cumin. Charred oak flavours with a rounding sweetness.
With Water
Nose: Hints of green apples with sweet, malty aromas. Some floral and cedar wood elements.
Palate: Cedar wood and liquorice sticks. Some caramelised
sugars with plain chocolate flavours developing late.
Body: Soft and delicate.
Finish: Slightly sweet with a touch of chocolate.
